As a young girl growing up in Canton, China, I realized that cooking brought smiles to my family and friend’s faces and joy to our home, I have loved cooking ever since.
Wanda‘s love of cooking began early, preparing meals for her family and friends. She realized that cooking brought joy and smiles to the faces of her love ones and began fostering her love of cooking.
Opening a Chinese restaurant has always been a goal and dream of Wanda’s but she has gone above and beyond serving multitudes of Chinese dishes from differing provinces. But she has recently pushed to expand her knowledge of Chinese cuisine through consulting with world famous chef Tony Wu and has recently completed the 6th International Judge Seminar of World Association of Chinese Cuisine.
Harvest Moon continues to expand and adapt to new demands now offering many dishes with a gluten free option. Wanda has also been consulting with Dr. Steve Liu, an expert on health and wellness, to create a healthy option menu along with a Vegan menu.
Wanda’s love for cooking and her ability to adapt to her surroundings has helped her succeed with the ever expanding and optimistic goals of Harvest Moon.
